  My siblings and I, who don’t agree on much, turned to Cremation Advocates by Putnam when we lost our dad. We had had a bad experience with my mom's cremation - through another provider - and we did not want to go through that again. What can we say, but Putnam was incredible! When they picked up our Dad in the wee hours of the morning, they arrived promptly and they were so kind – both in how they moved him and in how they interacted with us. When we met the next day, Chris navigated our family dynamics with ease and gave us the time we needed to cry and even laugh a little as we walked through Dad’s life out loud. It was cathartic to let go and feel safe, and such a relief to know that they were going to manage all the details of our Dad’s cremation and gathering so that we could focus on the million other things we needed to do. We had a private gathering and I have to say that their office with a view of the lake was absolutely perfect for our needs. And when Chris gave us our Dad’s remains, he seemed to know exactly what each of us needed, whether it was a light touch, space, company, or words. We are so grateful we chose Putnam. Thank you!
